Construction project management
Our Construction Project Management division, much like the Client side, can take any construction or refurbishment project from conception to completion, from the smallest of refurbishments to the complete construction of a new building. We organise everything from the first evaluation of the buildings or sites and monitoring the construction, through to the fit out or refurbishment.

Establishing project objectives and brief
To clarify the client's individual needs and requirements against the overall criteria of design, building, time and budget, we devise a comprehensive programme, project brief and risk analysis, which include site investigations and surveys.


Managing the professional team
We help select (usually by tender) and appoint the professional team and ensure they co-ordinate their specific roles within the wider project. We manage the production of space plans, produce budgets, create high level and detailed programmes of work, assist with statutory approvals and consents, as well as oversee the tendering, negotiation and appointment of contractors. We will also help with the control and production of contracts.

We offer high end Property consultancy services and project management and act entirely on behalf of our clients; we put their needs at the top of our list of priorities.

We offer an additional aspect to the traditional triangle of cost, quality and time. Our experience with the legal side of project management, from assisting with matters such as agreement for lease and heads of terms through to ensuring our clients are aware of any legal issues pertaining to their project, has set us apart from our competitors.

Client project management:
Acting on behalf of commercial tenants, we manage the process for our client to ensure minimal disruption of their business whilst delivering the project (fit out, refurbishment or new construction) on time, on budget and to the desired quality.

Construction project management:
Acting on behalf of developers we manage the project, assisting in appointing the professional team.

Construction monitoring:
Acting on behalf of investors or developers, we use our experience gained in the construction industry to monitor projects, aiming to eliminate unnecessary overspend and delays, through non-confrontational solutions.
